Music is a very important part of the Mass. It brings the readings and lessons of the day to life in rhythm and melody and words.
As we sing together in song as a community in Christ we receive the full active participation in the Mass.
At Saint Nicholas and Saint William Catholic Church we have several groups and vocalist leading the music.
At 4pm Saturday at Saint William, a choir helps in song to bring the readings to life.
At 8am Sunday, our wonderful vocalist help the congregation in song and prayer at Saint Nicholas
At 9am Sunday at Saint William, our folk group of singers enhance and participate in the Mass.
At 10am Sunday at Saint Nicholas our choir and organist fill the church with song.
At 11am Sunday at Saint William our Choir is singing out with joy.
At 12pm Sunday at Saint Nicholas a vocalist helps with the songs and readings of the day.
At 5pm Sunday at Saint William, our youth group brings up-beat music to this Mass dedicated to our Parish youth.
Music and lyrics and readings and discussions make up the Mass and help us in our lives.

With the pandemic, we sheltered in place, and the musicians of our parish recorded vocal and instrumental tracks on their own. Combined together they became a musical prayer of faith and hope. Click the song title to listen.
