What Happened to the Annual Diocesan Appeal? 
 
As we prepare for our parish’s participation in the Campaign for Spiritual Renewal – Sowing the Seed of Faith, beginning in July of this year, I want to explain why we have not been conducting this year’s Annual Diocesan Appeal. 
 
For 2026, the ADA is integrated into the Sowing the Seeds of Faith Campaign—a diocesan campaign for spiritual renewal that supports our Pastoral Plan aimed at renewing our mission, strengthening faith formation, supporting vocations, and assisting every parish in bringing the Pastoral Plan to life. It will also support both the Diocese’s shared ministries and our own parish as well through a single, unified effort to spiritually renew our Diocese as we journey toward our 50^th anniversary in 2031. 
 
St. Nicholas and St. William parish is in Wave 2 (July – December 2026). Our Spiritual Campaign goal includes our 2026 ADA goal. We invite you to direct the gifts you would ordinarily offer to the ADA toward the Sowing Seeds of Faith Campaign for Spiritual renewal. We look forward to sharing more with you soon. In the meantime, thank you for your continued generosity and for walking with us as we discern how God is calling us to renew the Church by Sowing the Seeds of Faith.
